Section 2
Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account, deposit funds, accept bonuses, or place any bet or wager on xbajaee. This age restriction applies universally regardless of the laws of your jurisdiction. We enforce this requirement through identity verification at registration and before processing any withdrawal.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold all pending withdrawals, and initiate a formal age verification review. Any deposits made by a player found to be underage will be returned, and any winnings will be voided. xbajaee takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any investigation required by applicable authorities.
Registration Requirements
To register an account on xbajaee, you must:

- Not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- Not already hold an existing account on xbajaee. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at our discretion, and any balances may be forfeited.
- Not be acting on behalf of any third party. All account activity must be for your personal use only.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification code with any other person. xbajaee will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access occurred due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@xbajaee. We will temporarily freeze the account pending a security review upon receiving a credible report of unauthorised access.
KYC Verification
Before processing your first withdrawal, xbajaee requires completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo ID. Additional proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet) may be requested to confirm ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is received and approved.
Who Cannot Register
The following persons are not eligible to hold an account on xbajaee under any circumstances:
- Individuals under 18 years of age
- Residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions
- Persons who have been self-excluded from xbajaee
- Employees of xbajaee or its affiliates
- Persons using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions

Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
Keep your registration details up to date. If your address, phone number, or email changes, update your account profile immediately or contact support@xbajaee. Outdated details can delay KYC verification and withdrawal processing.
Section 3
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using xbajaee, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following obligations and restrictions apply to all registered players at all times.
General Obligations
- You must ensure that your use of xbajaee is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. xbajaee does not provide legal advice; it is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is permitted where you reside.
- You must not access xbajaee from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including through the use of VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to obscure your true geographic location.
- You must keep your account credentials confidential and must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
- You must promptly notify xbajaee of any suspected unauthorised use of your account at support@xbajaee.
- You must not open more than one account. If you have lost access to an existing account, contact support rather than creating a new one.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xbajaee and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and Collusion: Any attempt to defraud xbajaee or other players, including through collusion with other players in multiplayer or live dealer games, is strictly forbidden.
- Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, exploiting unintended bonus conditions, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback through your bank, bKash, Nagad, or card provider after funds have been used on the platform is a breach of these Terms. xbajaee reserves the right to recover any disputed amounts and to close accounts where fraudulent chargebacks are filed.
- Money Laundering: Using xbajaee for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime is strictly forbidden and will be reported to appropriate authorities.
- Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage over other players or exploits software vulnerabilities is prohibited.
- Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing xbajaee staff or other players through any communication channel will result in immediate account suspension.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currencies
Accepted Currencies
xbajaee supports two account currencies: Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) and Indian Rupees (INR). You select your preferred currency at the time of registration. Once selected and confirmed, your account currency cannot be changed without contacting support and completing an identity re-verification step.
All displayed balances, wagering requirements, minimum and maximum bet limits, bonus values, and transaction thresholds are denominated in your chosen account currency. Where a game is supplied by a third-party provider and is natively priced in a different currency, xbajaee will apply a conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Conversion spreads may apply.
Deposit Methods and Limits
xbajaee accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for BDT accounts. Deposits are processed instantly for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on your card issuer's processing times.
xbajaee does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside xbajaee's control. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. xbajaee does not charge withdrawal fees, though payment providers may apply their own charges. Standard processing times are 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 24 hours for card withdrawals.
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. xbajaee reserves the right to request additional documentation for high-value withdrawals or where fraud prevention checks require further verification. In such cases, processing times may be extended until all required documents are received and verified.
Funds Security
Player funds deposited on xbajaee are held separately from operational funds. This separation is maintained to ensure that player balances remain available for withdrawal independent of the platform's operational financial position. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.
Declined Transactions
xbajaee reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, terms violations, or where the transaction cannot be verified. In such cases, we will contact you at your registered email address to resolve the issue. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from a declined transaction where that decline was made in good faith for compliance reasons.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. xbajaee may apply a dormancy administration fee of up to ৳100 per month to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any required re-verification steps.
Important: Never share your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket PIN with any person, including xbajaee staff. Our team will never ask for your wallet PIN under any circumstances. If you receive such a request, report it immediately to support@xbajaee.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
General Bonus Terms
xbajaee offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time of the offer.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly disclosed before you opt in. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific bonus terms.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus are always available for withdrawal; only the bonus portion and its associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry date, which will be stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been claimed or for which wagering requirements have not been met by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. No extension of bonus expiry will be granted except at xbajaee's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Abuse and Misuse
xbajaee monitors all bonus activity. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional conditions — will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided, and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.
Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions
xbajaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is terminated before you have met the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus funds will be removed from your account. Any portion of a wagering requirement already completed will not be refunded or converted to real-money credit unless specifically stated.
Before opting into any bonus on xbajaee, read the specific promotion page carefully for the exact wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds requirements (for sports bonuses), and expiry date. If anything is unclear, contact support@xbajaee before claiming — not after.
Section 6
Betting and Gaming Rules
Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on xbajaee are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published in the sportsbook. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), xbajaee reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account.
In-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and market availability. xbajaee cannot guarantee the availability of any specific in-play market. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your bet history. Delays caused by your internet connection are your responsibility.
Results are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of abandonment, postponement, or any other exceptional circumstance, settlement rules specific to that sport and market will apply as stated in the sportsbook rules section.
Casino and Live Casino Games
All casino games available on xbajaee — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win titles — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live hardware (for live dealer games) to produce outcomes. The platform does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on the game's information page within the platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be considered void and any stake involved will be returned to your account. If a malfunction occurs after a winning outcome is confirmed, the confirmed win will be honoured. xbajaee is not liable for losses resulting from third-party game provider outages beyond our control.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and account status. Disputed Outcomes
If you wish to dispute the outcome of a settled bet or game round, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of settlement by contacting support@xbajaee with your bet or game round reference number, the date and time of the event, and a clear description of your concern. Disputes raised after the 30-day window will not be considered. All disputes are reviewed by our compliance team and decisions are communicated within 10 business days.
Responsible Betting Practices
xbajaee encourages all players to set personal bet limits and to take regular breaks from gambling activity. Our responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session alerts, and self-exclusion — are available directly from your Account Settings after logging in. Section 7
Account Suspension and Closure
Voluntary Closure
You may close your xbajaee account at any time by contacting support@xbajaee. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any wagering-requirement-locked winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless all wagering requirements have already been satisfied.
Involuntary Suspension and Closure by xbajaee
xbajaee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
- Suspected underage gambling.
- Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotions.
- Abusive behaviour towards staff or other players.
- Use of automated software, bots, or exploitative technology.
- Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- Request from a regulatory, law enforcement, or financial compliance authority.
Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violations, xbajaee reserves the right to retain all funds held in the account. Where closure is for reasons other than misconduct (e.g., regulatory changes affecting a jurisdiction), all verified real-money balances will be returned.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion from xbajaee. Self-exclusion periods are available for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked and no deposits can be made. Section 8
Limitation of Liability
Platform Availability
xbajaee aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, power failures, and telecommunications disruptions. xbajaee will not be liable for any loss of winnings, missed betting opportunities, or consequential damages arising from periods of unavailability.
Limitation of Financial Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbajaee's total liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. xbajaee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Third-Party Services
xbajaee integrates services from third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe), payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, and Mastercard), and technology infrastructure providers. xbajaee is not responsible for outages, errors, or delays caused by these third parties. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of xbajaee after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
